Congratulations to current BIAPT committee member Anthony G. Reddie and former Chair John Swinton who have been given Lambeth Awards by the Archbishop of Canterbury, marking their outstanding contributions to practical and black theology. Both have been awarded The Lanfranc Award for Education and Scholarship – Anthony “for his exceptional and sustained contribution to Black Theology in Britain and beyond” and John “for his outstanding contribution to practical theology, particularly in the area of disability.”
